LIFE AS A SINGLE

It’s summertime, school’s out, and vacation time approaching.  One of my favorite places to vacate is the beach.  The morning sunrise, sound of the waves crashing, the smell of salt water, and the seagulls. 

Early in the morning before chairs, games are set up, I love to take walks on the beach with the sand beneath my feet.  Quickly, the passage David said came to mind,

How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them!
¹⁸ If I could count them, they would outnumber the sand.  Ps 139:17-18

Like sands of the hour glass, no these are not the Days of Our Lives, but the thoughts of the Almighty God about you, me, and everyone He has created. 

So here is some math for you.  If a grain of sand is 0.30 mm diameter, a litre is a 100mm cube. That would mean 200 x 200 x 200 grains in a litre.  My friend that is 8 million grains of sand in just a litre.  There are some people that can give you an earful of compliments, but 8 million?  The scripture says God thoughts outnumber the sand. Wow!

So my friend when you are experiencing a bad day remember God’s THOUGHTS.

Far beyond amazing you are made in the image of God! When God looks at you, He says wow, that’s Me!  My friend, you are brilliant, beautiful, bodacious, bountiful, and blessed by God. Look around at all the things God created that don’t have two legs, hey, hey stop looking, I meant the trees, birds, it is okay if it’s your spouse😁. 

If you think that is amazing, You can imagine the God Thoughts of you are awesome! He’s got more thoughts than man can count.  You are loved, you are precious, because God thinks so!

You come from an infinite God, so He has infinite thoughts of you! You believe God Thoughts now you can go do God things! God thinks about you so much His love causes Him to M.O.V.E for you
