LIFE AS A SINGLE

Cecil states, “Unbelief starves the soul, faith finds food in the famine.” Without fail, faith’s backing must rely upon a word from God, intimacy with His acts, so our actions manifest what we heard.  Faith comes by hearing…. (Rom 10:17) God is never absent He is absolute!

How many times have you dropped the "F" word?  Faith. Christians today interpret faith as RISK.  In retrospect, my friend we should interpret risk as

Relationship
Inexplicable miracles
Safety with a
Kaleidoscope God                           

Our faith must be built upon our relationship with God. How deep is it?  Our faith must be built upon His inexplicable miracles. Are we keeping records?  Our faith must be built upon safety with God.  Has He failed yet?  Our faith is a Kaleidoscope God. Do we have His view? Faith without testing, is just a good idea without evidence. We don't drop the "F" word, we walk with the "F" word. (2 Cor 5:7)

Let’s review a couple of scenarios in the bible.  There was an orphan girl, not Annie, Esther (Haddasah), that became a queen, sounds like Disney right? As she resided at Xerxes estate, did she fathom the possibility of losing her life? Joseph never imagined his dream of kingship would lead to a pit, enslaved, or prison.  Faith or risk is intertwined with another “F” word, favor.  How so? I’m glad you asked.  Let’s put a placeholder right there.

At the beginning of 2019, God told me to step into what I don’t see. Hebrews 11:1 describes faith as the title deed, confirmation, divinely guaranteed thoughts, dreams that cannot be explained by physical senses. This requires us to omit all the education obtained in science class. God’s instructions may cause people misunderstand and mishandle because you are obedient.  They may think you are prideful, inconsiderate, unloving, foolish, or selfish.  Today critics would scoff at the assembling of Gideon’s army, the Hebrew boys declaration, or your actions of faith.  Last Saturday as I ran errands, God audibly answered not my intentions but actions of faith.  In an extremely long check-out line, not once but twice, people insisted I go ahead of them in line.  God whispered to me, I just shifted you, I just accelerated you, I just released My favor upon you!  How so? Faith is what God said, but our obedience releases His favor. 

Faith + obedience=Favor

Within 24 hours I began to experience what God whispered.  Private obedience is the vehicle to public opportunities, and supernatural notoriety.  Esther’s coupled faith with obedience that saved a nation. God’s favor was not Esther being queen it was sparing of millions of lives.  Joseph’s favor was not the dream, the sparing of his life by his brothers or Potipher, it was the sparing of millions of lives. My friend we have to be humble when the King of king’s releases His word and forfeit our preconceived RISK:

Ideologies
Statistics
Knowledge

Instead my friend, embrace God’s rare immeasurable supernatural kingdom, risk! For when we lose our life for Christ, His kingdom yields to Christ in us the hope of glory. My friend, remember every individual that God used sacrificially served: David (Goliath, Philistine, Saul), Abraham (Lot), Daniel (Darius), John (Jesus), Paul (Jesus), and Us (Jesus).  Our obedience will birth God’s flavor and FAVOR so we:

Flourish

Accelerate
Victory over every
Obstacle with Heaven’s
Reward

So the question my friend is faith comes by hearing, but what are you listening to or feeding on? Are you listening to God, people, or television?  Your hearing is your source of faith. We are God's proof!  Let’s take the RISK in God and watch His FAVOR manifest what you heard! Then get ready for God to say, I just shifted you, I just accelerated you, I just released My favor upon you!
